Installation Check List

Standard installation is FREE . This will cover installation on normal concrete ceilings below 3m with existing electrical points. Additional charges appended below may apply as advised by our specialists.

B. False Ceiling Reinforcement

Installation on a false ceiling requires the installers to create an opening, install a reinforcement structure, secure the cloth rack to the structure, and then patch the hole.

*Note that painting works will only cover up the hole.

$100 per cloth rack

C. Wiring Works and Casing

Installation where users would like to install the cloth rack on a position that is away from the original ceiling power point, where additional casing, wirings and plugs are required.

The cloth rack does not come with a plug by default.

$10 within 1 meter

$20 per meter (1.1m onwards)

D. New or Additional Socket

New socket is required if users do not have an existing switch to control power on and off the cloth rack. Additional sockets are required if users would like to control the cloth rack and existing house lights or electrical appliances separately.

$20 per socket

E. Dismantle + Disposal

An additional fee applies for dismantling and disposing of your old electric clothes rack. Kindly confirm this service is required before we proceed with your new installation.

$30 per cloth rack

F. L Angle / Outdoor Installation

L angles are needed for ceiling height more than 3m.

For ceiling heights over 3m that do not require L-angles, an over-height fee of $20 will be charged.

The air-conditioning outdoor unit location is considered an outdoor installation. If we are not informed in advance, and our team determines on site that it is unsafe, we may have to decline the installation.

G. Selected Time and Date / Installation Next Day After Purchase / Reschedule Within 24 Hours

Installation time will be arranged based on dispatch availability.

For urgent orders that require next-day installation after purchase or installation at a specific date and time, an additional fee will apply.

H. Confirm Installation Address

Please confirm that the installation address is the same as the order address. If the address is incorrect, your appointment may be cancelled. Additional travel fees may apply for rescheduling.

If the address is incorrect, you can contact us offline to correct it.

Condo residents: please apply for installation permission from the management in advance. Please make sure the installer has access. If installation fails due to personal reasons, a second visit will require an extra service fee.

If installation cannot be carried out due to personal reasons, or if incorrect information provided results in failed installation, and our installer has already gone down, an additional transport fee will be charged.

Important Installation Terms

– We are unable to offer free installation services for materials provided by customers.

– If you choose to use your own materials, additional labor fees may apply depending on the situation.

– We appreciate your understanding that we are unable to accommodate bargaining.

– Any damage resulting from third-party or self-provided materials will not be covered under our warranty.

– During the dismantling of your existing light, we cannot guarantee that it can be reused. We are not responsible for any damage caused due to the old condition of the light.

– We are only responsible for the installation of the cloth rack. Any additional work requested is beyond our scope, and we reserve the right to decline such requests.

Warranty Policy – KLE SMART

Warranty Coverage

Model 8803 & 886: 2-year warranty for the motor and parts.

Model 3302 & 6609: 5-year warranty for the motor and 2-year warranty for parts.

During the warranty period, no labour or parts fee will be charged. However, a transport fee of $30 per trip will still apply.

This Warranty DOES NOT Cover:

· Normal wear and tear.

· Damage directly or indirectly caused by household pests.

· Abnormal voltage.

· Acts of nature or failure to follow operational instructions.

· Products damaged due to tampering, alteration, or repair by unauthorized persons, as well as misuse, negligence, or operation contrary to the product manual.

· Remote Control (The replacement remote control is $20.)

Please Take Note:

1. The installation location must be agreed upon in advance. If re-installation is required, an additional fee of $130 will be charged for dismantling and re-installation.

2. Please ensure that the power supply to the Automated Laundry Rack is properly connected and switched on before requesting repair service.

3. For any inspection or service trip requested where no product fault is found, a transport fee of $30 per trip will be charged.

4. After installation, if our technician is requested to conduct any inspection or service, a transport fee of $30 per trip will apply.

5. For safe operation, always distribute clothes evenly on both sides of the drying rack. Continuous unbalanced usage may result in tilting or structural issues.
