🔄 Exchange Policy

Please note that exchanges are only allowed if the product seal is unopened.

Once the seal is opened, the item is considered sold and is not exchangeable.

• High-capacity lithium battery lasts approximately 6 months on a single charge, depending on usage conditions.

• The rechargeable battery is covered by a limited 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects only.

⚠️ Installation Notice

Standard installation does not include painting, patch-up work, touch-up work for existing door frames, or repair of existing floor holes.

📅 Installation Arrangement

Postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation within 24 hours will incur an $20 charge.

Sundays are excluded from the notice period.
